Dressmaker Life is an independent fan reference for Dressmaker, the cozy sewing game by Cozy Lives and Free Lives. It exists because the game's community wikis are two weeks old and half-empty, and because one search result currently offers a “300 baht budget” guide to a game that has no baht.
The one rule
No invented numbers. If the community has not documented something, the page says so in words. A missing value is a fact about the state of knowledge; a made-up value is a lie that spreads.

- Achievement names, descriptions and global completion rates; store metadata; review counts. Measured 2026-10-03.
- Steam community guides
- Client measurements and preferences (max-friendship data), tag scores pulled from game files on build 410, the sell formula, trim technique, achievement methods.
- Fan wikis
- The catalog of fabrics, pattern pieces and accessories. Early and incomplete, used for names and unlock conditions only.
- Official pages
- Release date, price, platforms, and the game's own description, from the Steam store page and the developer's itch.io page.
Known gaps, tracked openly
- /Edith's measurements and preferences are not in any public guide.
- /Silk and velvet fabric catalogues are nearly empty on the community wiki; the game advertises hundreds of fabrics in total.
- /Accessory tables for feathers, flowers, lace trims, tassels and trims exist but are empty.
- /Per-commission requirement sheets (exact tags, budgets, quality caps) are documented for only a handful of commissions.
- /Most story-arc display names are matched to Steam's internal achievement names by their puns (for example “Smells like Sateen Spirit” for the seance arc). Client-arc names are confirmed by their descriptions.
