Cutting this piece
Grain direction feeds quality, and pieces can land upside down on the bolt, so rotate before you cut. If you change your mind about fabric, pull the piece off the mannequin with the seam ripper and scrap it back on the cutting table: you get the fabric back only if it was never cut off the bolt.
